Empty menus: places Tigbuy lists with nothing to quote
80 entries in Tigbuy’s destination list returned no line at 500 g, 1 kg or 2 kg. Here is which ones, and what to do if your address is among them.
Which entries come back empty
The estimator’s destination list has 236 entries, and 80 of them returned an empty reply to every query: no line, no quote, no error. Most are small islands and territories, but the list also takes in several mainland countries in Africa and the Americas, and a few places that surprise people, such as the United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Duplicates and odd names in the list
Some empty entries are not destinations anyone would ship to. Four are uninhabited territories. One, spelled Babara, matches no country we know. Two countries are listed twice under different names, Bosnia and Herzegovina and North Macedonia, and all four of those entries are empty.
China itself is also on the list and also empty, which makes sense for a warehouse that is already in China; Hong Kong and Taiwan are empty too. If your address is in one of those three, Tigbuy’s cross-border menu is not the route to plan around.
Duplicates matter for one practical reason: if you write to Tigbuy about one of these places, name the entry exactly as the list shows it, so nobody checks the wrong one. Otherwise these entries are like the other empty menus: there is nothing to quote, so ask first.

What an empty result means, and what it does not
An empty reply means one thing for certain: the estimator has nothing to quote for that entry on that date. It does not say why. There may be no line configured, a line may be paused, or the destination may be served only by arrangement. Tigbuy publishes no explanation, and we have not guessed one.
What it does mean in practice is that you cannot see a price, a window or a ceiling before buying. For most shoppers that alone is a reason to ask first.
Both entries for a country listed twice, such as the pair for Bosnia and Herzegovina, came back empty, so trying the other spelling does not help.

What to do before buying for one of these addresses
Ask before you order. Tigbuy’s Contact us page offers live chat, listed as 9am to 6pm with no time zone given, and the email address [email protected]. Name the destination exactly as the estimator lists it, ask which line could carry the parcel and up to what weight, and keep the answer.
If the answer comes after you have already bought, the warehouse gives you time: items are stored free for 90 days. That is time to ask, not a plan, so the safer order is still question first and basket second. The community Discord linked from Tigbuy’s site is another place to ask, though answers there are other buyers’, not Tigbuy’s.

Neighbouring entries that do get a line
Empty entries often sit next to quoted ones. The United Arab Emirates returned nothing while Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain each returned the postal line. Uruguay was empty while Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Chile were not. Jersey and the Isle of Man were empty while the United Kingdom had six lines.
A neighbour’s line is not a route for your parcel. Shipping to an address in another country to collect it yourself raises customs and delivery questions this site cannot answer. The comparison is here only to show that the gaps are entry by entry, not region by region.
