Weight ceilings: the heaviest parcel each menu will take
Counts do not change between 500 g and 2 kg. Above that, ceilings start to bite, and some menus empty out completely.
Ceilings across every line on every menu
Every line carries a maximum weight. Across the 224 lines we read, almost all stop at 20 kg or at 19,998 g, which is the same thing for anyone not packing to the gram. The interesting ones are the low ceilings: the US line at 4,999 g, and seven SW lines at 2, 3 or 5 kg. One line goes higher than 20 kg, Iraq’s YT-OU-DHL-PY line at 30 kg.
Because the menu counts were identical at 500 g, 1 kg and 2 kg, ceilings are the only thing in Tigbuy’s data that makes a menu depend on weight. To see where that happens we asked again at 4 kg and 12 kg for every multi-line destination, and either side of the US ceiling.

The United States stops just under five kilograms
At 4,999 g the US menu still shows SDH-US-USPS. At 5,000 g it shows nothing. With no second line behind it, the ceiling of the only line is the ceiling of the whole destination.
That makes weight planning for US parcels unusually concrete. Shoe boxes, outer packaging and the second pair you were unsure about all count toward a limit that is lower than the postal ceiling everywhere else by a factor of four. If a haul is heading past five kilograms, the choice is not which line but what waits in the warehouse for another parcel.

European menus thin out between 4 and 12 kg
The table below gives the count for the larger multi-line menus at 1 kg, 4 kg and 12 kg. Between 1 and 4 kg only two menus change: the United Kingdom drops its two 3 kg lines and Swaziland drops its 2 kg line. Between 4 and 12 kg most of the 10 kg and 5 kg SW lines go.
Germany and France are the exceptions that keep everything, because their SW lines run to 20 kg. Poland, Romania and Bulgaria keep three for the same reason.
| Destination | 1 kg | 4 kg | 12 kg |
|---|---|---|---|
| United Kingdom | 6 | 4 | 3 |
| Netherlands | 5 | 5 | 2 |
| Belgium | 4 | 4 | 2 |

| Spain | 3 | 3 | 2 |
| Italy | 3 | 3 | 2 |
| Portugal | 3 | 3 | 2 |
| Poland | 3 | 3 | 3 |
| Romania | 3 | 3 | 3 |
| Bulgaria | 3 | 3 | 3 |
| Austria | 3 | 3 | 2 |
| Sweden | 3 | 3 | 2 |
| Croatia | 2 | 2 | 1 |
| Switzerland | 2 | 2 | 1 |
| Iraq | 2 | 2 | 2 |
| Swaziland | 2 | 1 | 0 |

Single-line places keep their line up to the postal ceiling
For the 123 places on the postal line alone, the menu does not shrink: it stays at one line until the postal ceiling and then empties. Canada, Australia and Brazil all still showed the line at 12 kg and at 20 kg exactly.
In 51 places the postal ceiling is listed as 19,998 g rather than 20,000 g. We did not test those at 20 kg. If you are close enough to the limit for two grams to matter, the packed weight Tigbuy records is what counts, not your own scale.
For these places the lookup card shows the ceiling as 20 kg or 19.998 kg; there is no second number to keep an eye on.

Big, light things and goods priced as bulky
Weight ceilings are not the only limit. On a size-billed line a big, light box can be billed far above its weight, and help article 31 lists categories that Tigbuy treats as bulky and prices by weight and volume, with customer service getting in touch when one turns up in an order.
None of those categories is a typical find from a fashion catalogue, but bedding, a speaker or a camping chair do turn up in hauls. If one is in your basket, ask before ordering how it will be charged to your destination.
