From catalogue find to delivery request, with the destination checked first
The steps of a Tigbuy order in the order they happen, with the menu check moved to the front where it costs nothing.
Tigbuy’s seven purchasing stages, with a route check before you begin
A destination check is preparation for a purchase. It does not replace Tigbuy’s own sequence. Its purchasing-procedure article, captured on 17 October 2026, gives these seven stages:
- Choose a product: open the seller listing and settle the exact variant.
- Submit the order: import the URL, or complete Tigbuy’s manual order fields when import is unavailable.
- Pay: review the cart, product cost and domestic shipping before starting the purchase.
- Purchasing and inspection: the seller sends to Tigbuy; inspect the available warehouse evidence and resolve discrepancies.
- Pay freight and service charges: select your arrived items, address and available delivery method, then review the settlement.
- Submit delivery: watch for packing, dispatch and the tracking number in My delivery.
- Confirm receipt: check the contents first and keep evidence for any claim.
The destination lookup is a dated starting point. Item restrictions and a real packed box can change the options offered to your particular parcel.

Placing the order on Tigbuy
Paste the shop link into Tigbuy’s search box and it reads the listing for you. Choose the colour, size and quantity, and use the note field for anything the shop needs to know. At checkout Tigbuy asks for the final destination country so it can check that a route exists, which is the menu showing up early.
If you buy several items from the same seller and submit them together, help article 62 says the domestic shipping can be combined. If the seller turns out to be out of stock the order shows as unavailable; help article 65 says you can delete it and the money goes back to your Tigbuy balance.

While your items wait in the warehouse
Each item is checked against its listing and weighed when it arrives. From then on the free-storage clock runs for 90 days, and items bought days or weeks apart can still go into one parcel as long as they are all there (help article 76).
This is the stage where the menu should shape what you do. On a one-line menu, the only things you can change are what goes in and when. On a size-billed line, a bulky item can be worth holding back for a later parcel. A return within seven days of arrival takes an item out before it is ever counted in a parcel.
Storage counts from each item’s arrival, so the oldest item in a planned parcel sets the deadline for the whole parcel.

The parts of a Tigbuy bill, and the one the menu sets
Tigbuy’s fees article (help article 58) lists four parts: the goods, domestic shipping inside China, international shipping and the service charge, which Tigbuy’s own pages call the service fee. The first two are paid when you order. The other two are paid at the delivery request (the timing article on shipping is help article 9 (find it under the Operator guide list)).
Only one part depends on the menu, and that is international shipping, which follows the line and the billed weight. Import duty is a fifth cost that Tigbuy does not collect: help article 30 makes the recipient the importer, and help article 74 says any tax charged at your border is yours to pay.

Two payments do not mean that the first price was incomplete by mistake
The first checkout pays for the product and relevant domestic purchase costs. The seller then sends it to Tigbuy in China. International freight cannot be finalised from the product link alone because you have not yet chosen the outward parcel, packing or service. Keep a budget for that second payment and the other applicable charges.
Imagine shoes and a jacket from separate shops. Inspect each on arrival, then compare sending them together with separate parcels where useful. A retained shoe box or bulky jacket can increase volume billing; removing packaging can affect protection and returns. Compare the same contents and destination, identify any estimate that will be adjusted after packing, and retain the final delivery request and invoice.
Currency, payment and refunds to your balance
Tigbuy prices everything in yuan. Where it shows another currency it converts with its own exchange rate table, which on 17 October 2026 gave 1 USD as 6.50 CNY; the rate applied when you top up is shown once you are logged in.
Its public payment settings list PayPal, Alipay, bank cards and a range of local methods such as Apple Pay, BLIK, Bancontact and Swish, plus bank transfer topped up by hand. Each method has its own processing fee, shown at checkout. If you top up online and change your mind, help article 84 allows a refund request within two months of the top-up.

Submitting the delivery request
When everything you want has arrived, choose the items for the parcel and submit a delivery request. This is where you enter the address (help article 6 (find it under the Operator guide list)), pick a line from the menu, decide on the optional paid cover and any packing options, and pay for international shipping and the service charge.
If your menu has one line, the line choice is a formality. If it has several, enter the real box size before you compare quotes, for the reasons on the several-lines page. Packing options are priced on the order page itself; Tigbuy publishes no separate price list for them.
Check the address once more before you submit: help article 78 says a parcel returned because of a wrong address is charged again.

Tracking, delivery and the first 72 hours
After submission the parcel shows under My tigbuy, My package, first as waiting for shipment and then as shipped; a parcel with a problem shows as invalid (help article 77). Import duty, if your country charges it, is yours to pay. If Chinese customs sends a parcel back, help article 78 says Tigbuy confirms your address and resends it free; when the fault was a bad address or an unclaimed parcel, the second trip is charged.
When it arrives, act fast. Contact Tigbuy within 72 hours of delivery if anything is missing or damaged, film the unboxing from the sealed parcel onwards, and photograph the label (help article 29). Tigbuy’s fragile-goods article leaves the loss with you if glass or china breaks on the way, so glass and ceramics deserve a second thought before they go in.
