Answers for readers of the destination menu

Where to ask what, the terms used on this site, the questions that come up most, and how to judge both a spreadsheet site and an agent.

Counts and rules checked on 17 October 2026.

Where to get help, and from whom

Anything to do with an order, a payment or a parcel goes to Tigbuy. Its Contact us page offers live chat, listed as 9am to 6pm without a time zone, and the email address [email protected]. Tigbuy also links a community Discord server where buyers answer each other.

This site cannot see your account or your parcel. Write to [email protected] if a count looks wrong, a link has died or a rule on Tigbuy’s pages has changed since the date shown.

When you write to Tigbuy about a parcel, give the order or parcel number and the destination as the estimator lists it; for damage or missing items add the unboxing video and a photo of the parcel label, which help article 29 asks for by email. When you write to this site, the date on the page you read is the most useful detail.

Three cards: Tigbuy answers order, payment and parcel questions by live chat or email; this site takes corrections by email; other buyers answer on Discord
Ask the party that can actually see the problem.

Glossary for the menu and the warehouse

Line
One shipping option in the estimator’s result list for a destination, with its own label, ceiling and billing rule.
Line family
Lines that share a label. On Tigbuy there are four: YT global postal, SW standard, SDH-US-USPS and YT-OU-DHL-PY.
Menu
Our word for the full list of lines the estimator returns for one destination.
Ceiling
The heaviest parcel a line accepts. Above it the line drops off the menu.
Volume divisor
The number a line divides length x width x height (in cm) by to get a volume weight in kg.
Billed weight
Actual weight, or volume weight on a line with a divisor, whichever is larger, rounded up to the next 200 g step.
First weight and continued weight
The first 200 g, charged once, then one more step for every 200 g begun.
Electric filter
The Electric option in the estimator’s attribute box; lines that do not take electric items get a notice bar.
Delivery request
The step where you choose items, address, line and cover, and pay for shipping and the service charge.
Arrived
The status an item takes when it reaches the warehouse; storage and the return window count from here.
QC
Quality check: the warehouse’s look at an item against its listing, and any photos of it.
GL / RL
Buyer shorthand after QC photos: GL means you approve the item, RL means you want it returned.
Domestic shipping
The seller’s delivery charge inside China, from the shop to Tigbuy’s warehouse.
secure Plan
Tigbuy’s name for its optional paid parcel cover, chosen at the delivery request.

Questions readers ask about the menu

The frequently asked points, answered briefly. Open any question to read the answer.

Does the number of lines change with weight?

Not between 500 g and 2 kg: every destination returned the same count at all three weights. Above that, ceilings start to remove lines; the weight ceilings page shows where.

Why does my country show no line?

The estimator returned an empty reply for 80 entries and does not say why. Ask Tigbuy before buying; the empty menus page lists them and suggests what to ask.

Can I use a line that is not on my menu?

Not through the estimator. The menu is what Tigbuy quotes for your destination. Anything else would have to be arranged with Tigbuy directly.

Why does the US menu stop just under five kilograms?

Its only line, SDH-US-USPS, has a ceiling of 4,999 g. At 5,000 g the menu came back empty.

Does the Electric filter mean my power bank will ship?

No. It shows which lines are marked for electric items. Whether a given battery or device can travel is still Tigbuy’s call when it sees the item.

Why is there no price on the lookup card?

Prices depend on your weight and box, and change. The card counts lines and reports flags; Tigbuy’s own result cards give the price for your parcel.

Do US territories use the US line?

No. Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands each get the YT global postal line.

How often are the counts checked?

Each count carries the date it was read. When a count is older than 14 days it is read again before any page is edited.

Are these counts official?

They come from Tigbuy’s own estimator, read by us on the date shown. Tigbuy does not publish a count itself, and this site is not run by Tigbuy.

Three short answers: weight does not change the menu up to 2 kg; Tigbuy does not explain empty menus; this site does not rank lines
Short versions; the full answers are in the list.

Judging any finds site, ours too

A handful of quick tests covers most of choosing a spreadsheet site. Are its facts dated? Are its links alive, or are half of them dead? Does it say who runs it and how to reach them? Does it rank agents or lines without showing how? And does it say plainly where its knowledge stops?

Hold this site to the same standard. Every count here carries a date, links are tested when counts are re-read, the people behind it can be reached by email, nothing is ranked, and the things Tigbuy does not publish are marked as unpublished rather than filled in.

A finds list earns trust the same way a shop does.

Choosing an agent you can trust with a parcel

Trusting an agent with money and goods is easier when it puts its terms in writing. Look for a named operator with a registration number and an address, a fee rule that says both the rate and when it is taken, storage terms with a number of free days, cover terms that separate free from paid, and a written policy on counterfeit goods.

Then check the thing most guides skip: whether the agent has a line to your address at all, and how many. For Tigbuy that is what the menu lookup answers.

Tigbuy publishes all six; this site links to each one where it relies on it.

The menu check is the one most buyers leave until it is too late.

Agents beyond Tigbuy, and what to compare

Plenty of agents besides Tigbuy purchase from Chinese marketplaces for customers abroad. Other shopping agents follow the same model and differ in the details: when their fees are taken, how long storage stays free, whether any cover comes free, and above all which lines they offer each destination.

This site names none of them and compares none of them. If you are choosing between agents, the most useful single comparison is the one this site makes for Tigbuy: look up your own destination on each agent’s estimator and count what you are offered.

Two cards: what stays the same between shopping agents (buy, store, check, ship) and what changes (fee timing, free storage, lines per destination)
Compare menus, not slogans.

Community, announcements and promotions

Tigbuy runs promotions and issues coupons, and its banner offers do not always come with dates or terms. This site does not repeat discount figures it cannot tie to written terms. Official announcements that change lines, ceilings or the destination list are logged on the about page with the date we saw them.

The Discord server is the community space Tigbuy links to. It is a good place to ask how a line behaved for someone else, but we do not quote community posts or reviews, and a member count says nothing about service.

Chips: what this site passes on (rule changes, line set changes, destination changes) and what it does not repeat (undated promotions, discount figures without terms, community reviews, member counts)
Only dated, checkable changes make it onto the site.
