When the menu holds one line: what you still decide
For 124 destinations the Tigbuy estimator quotes exactly one line. Choosing a line is off the table there; four other choices are not.
Who ends up with a single line
Of the 156 destinations that get any quote, 124 get one line. 123 of those get the same one, YT global postal. The other is the United States, whose only line is SDH-US-USPS. The postal group is wide: Canada, Brazil and Mexico, Japan, South Korea and Australia, Norway and Iceland, South Africa and Saudi Arabia.
One detail is easy to miss. Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands are separate entries in the estimator’s list, and each of them gets the postal line, not the US line. If your address is in a US territory, look up the territory, not the United States.
None of this changed with weight. We asked for 500 g, 1 kg and 2 kg, and every single-line place stayed single at all three.
In the index on the menu lookup page the one-line group is by far the longest of the four.

The United States card
The US menu has one line, SDH-US-USPS. The estimator gives it a window of 7 to 21 working days, a ceiling of 4,999 g and a longest side of 58 cm, and it bills on actual weight only: there is no volume divisor on this line, so a light parcel in a generous box is not billed on the box.
The ceiling is a hard edge. At 4,999 g the menu still shows the line; at 5,000 g it shows nothing at all. For a US address a parcel of five kilograms or more has no line to choose from.
Tigbuy describes the timing four ways. The result card says 7 to 21, the line’s own note says about 7 to 21 working days, a prompt on the same card says about 15, and an older help article, tigbuy services, speaks of delivery in 10 working days. The estimator’s 7 to 21 working days is the figure to plan with; the shorter ones are older or looser wording.

The postal line that almost everyone else gets
YT global postal appears on 153 menus, more than every other family put together, and for 123 places it is the whole menu. The estimator prints a window of 12 to 22 days on its result card, and Tigbuy’s own note on the line describes it as about five working days slower than commercial express.
Its ceiling is 20 kg in 103 places and 19,998 g in 51, a two-gram gap that only matters if you are packing right up to the limit. It bills on actual weight with no volume divisor, and the estimator’s Electric filter keeps it open everywhere it appears.
That last point is a flag on the line, not a promise about your item. Tigbuy’s rules on liquids, pastes, powders, food and medicine are set out in help article 60, and its prohibited-items lists still apply whatever the filter says.

Weight, the first decision that stays with you
Every line on every menu we read starts with a 200 g first weight and then adds a step for each further 200 g, rounding any part step up. So 1,010 g is billed as 1,200 g, and taking 20 g out of a parcel can matter more than adding 150 g to it.
On a one-line menu this is where most of your influence sits. What goes in, what stays in the warehouse for a later parcel, and whether shoe boxes or outer packaging travel are all choices you make before you submit. The warehouse weighs items when they arrive, so the figure you work from is Tigbuy’s, not the shop’s.
Two habits follow. Ask whether each extra item is worth its own step before it goes in, and go by the weights Tigbuy records as items arrive rather than adding up shop listings, which rarely include packaging. On the US line, where the whole menu ends at 4,999 g, those habits decide whether the parcel ships at all.

Timing and cover at the delivery request
Free storage runs 90 days from arrival (help article 10), and items bought weeks apart can go into one parcel as long as they are all still in the warehouse (help article 76). On a one-line menu that makes timing the real lever: you decide when the parcel is complete. After 90 days the storage has to be extended in your account; Tigbuy does not publish the price of that extension.
The address is entered at submission (help article 6 (find it under the Operator guide list)), and so is cover. None of the 224 lines we read carries free insurance. Tigbuy’s optional paid cover, which it calls the secure Plan, is offered at this step and not later; its terms are in help article 43.

When a parcel outgrows its only line
On a one-line menu there is no heavier line to move to. For the United States that edge sits at 4,999 g; for postal destinations it sits at about 20 kg, and Canada, Australia and Brazil all still showed their line at 20 kg exactly.
For goods that are big rather than heavy, help article 31 says Tigbuy prices bulky items such as furniture, appliances, instruments and bedding by weight and volume and that customer service will contact you. If a single item looks likely to break a ceiling on its own, ask before buying rather than after it has arrived.
